Hiring For fresher graduates in Engineering/IT/Software

We need fresher graduates in engineering/IT/Software for Gurgaon location.

85% scores cutoff in 10th and 12th, 75% in graduation.

We will also share a technical evaluation test for screening, which you would need to invigilate online.

Minimum / Preferred Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor degree in Computer science or related fields required or equivalent practical experience having

  good academics.

• Understanding of data driven business solutions and solving data problems
  
• Understanding or practical exp either Python, Java or C++ -
  
• Unix/Linux - Basic knowledge mandatory
  
• HTML, JavaScript, CSS : Basic knowledge mandatory
  
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  
• Analytical and Debugging Skills - Mandatory
  

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work on quick fixes, submit code on production
  
• Work on development of new products iteratively by building quick POCs and converting ideas into real products
  
• Develop workflows and ETL/ELT code using Python, Java and C++ based internal Framework.
  
• Build resilient data pipelines for reporting and Monitoring use cases
  
• Have a passion for delivering zero defect code and be responsible for ensuring the team's deliverables meet or exceed the prescribed defect SLA
  
• Present technical solutions, capabilities, considerations, and features in business terms. Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner.
  
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of developed pipelines, processes, and tools. Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, software engineers, and product managers, to understand requirements and implement data solutions that enhance the search platform. Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  
• Perform other tasks on R&D, data governance, data security, system infrastructure, and other cross team functions, on an as-needed basis.
