Job Description

SUMMARY

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
Support lifting operations and assist in rigging activities during barge loading and offloading procedures.
Conduct regular inspections to verify the integrity and functionality of tools and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical issues promptly and implement timely corrective actions.
Strictly follow safety procedures and uphold company maintenance standards.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient and uninterrupted equipment operations.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance and repair within industrial or marine environments.
Proven knowledge and experience in lifting operations and handling rigging tools used in barge loading and offloading.
Proficient in operating and maintaining the following tools and equipment:
Drilling & Grinding Machines
Jig & Band Saws
Hilti Tools
Torque Wrenches
Bolt Tensioning Tools
Other mechanical and electrical tools
Strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of mechanical systems.
Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety guidelines, maintenance manuals, and technical instructions.
