Technicians – Roles and Responsibilities

Job Requirements

3–8 years of experience in the Elevators Industry
Expertise in assembling, installing, repairing, and maintaining elevators
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical specifications
Skilled in testing newly installed equipment to ensure compliance with standards
Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance and repair
Proficiency in electrical wiring and sound understanding of electronics
Ability to maintain detailed logbooks for all inspections, checks, and repairs
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes
Good verbal and written communication skills (English / Hindi + any regional language)
Self-motivated, disciplined, polite, and maintains a clean working environment
Takes additional responsibilities when required
Quick learner and strong team player
