Job Description

Hiring for D365 Technical Consultant (F&O / Commerce Technical)_MNC Oraganization

Location -PAN India

Experience: 5 to 15 yrs

Notice Period: Maximum 30 Days

Must Have Skills

For D365 Commerce / AX Retail Technical:

Retail SDK / POS (NPOS, CPOS) most critical keywords
Development experience (X++ and C#)
Data Migration Framework
AIF (Application Integration Framework)
Report development (SSRS, SSAS)
Workflow development
Handling extensions & customizations in D365
Azure DevOps knowledge
Preparing technical design documents, best practices in customization

For D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical:

Experience in Finance, HR/HCM, Manufacturing modules
Strong D365 ERP technical background

Good to Have Skills

D365 development experience (latest versions)
Power BI report development
Functional knowledge of D365
Synapse knowledge
Experience in end-to-end AX/D365 implementations

Experience & Level Mapping

B3 (5 8 years):
Strong hands-on developers with Retail SDK / POS or F&O module experience
B4 (8 12 years):
Senior consultants with end-to-end technical implementation exposure
C1 (12 – 15/16 years):
Leads/Architects with design + development oversight and retail/F&O technical leadership
