Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to international customers to Trouble Shoot customers Issue.
Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
Handle objections and negotiate to close sales effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1year experience in international voice Process.
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Work Environment: Comfortable working in night shifts / rotational shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in outbound international telesales.
Prior exposure to BPO/Call Center environments.
Minimum 1Year experience International Voice Process.
