Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the client onboarding, account opening and asset transfer processes.
2. Manage the client onboarding, account opening and asset transfer processes.
3. Ensure that account opening and service requests are processed efficiently, while providing timely follow-up to clients.
4. Assist with client updates, reports, and mailings (1099s, etc)
5. Ensure efficient timelines are associated with tasks and the timelines are met.
6. Prepare summary and handover to advisor for moving money in and out of client accounts on request.
7. Follow up with custodians to ensure changes are implemented in a timely manner.
8. Implementation and use of internal systems for administration, compliance, operations.
Shift - US Shift (6.30 PM - 3.30AM)
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
