Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare buy and sell orders on behalf of clients and handover to advisor for execution, ensuring the best execution practices across multiple platforms and brokers. Monitor trade lifecycle from initiation through settlement.
2. Maintain oversight of client portfolios to ensure alignment with investment mandates, risk parameters, and compliance requirements.
3. Collaborate closely with advisors and relationship managers to fulfill client instructions and provide timely updates on trade status, execution quality, and market impact.
4. Work with operations teams to resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, or settlement issues in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Ensure all trading activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and documentation standards. Support audits and reviews with appropriate reporting.
Shift - US Shift (6.30 PM - 3.30AM)
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
