This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Customer Service (Travel Process) position at FiveS Digital. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about travel services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, maintaining customer records, and addressing customer concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
