Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls (Voice Process).

  • Respond to customer queries via email and chat (Non-Voice).

  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues professionally.

  • Maintain records of interactions and follow up on open cases.

  • Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for escalations or process improvements.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • 12th Pass / Graduate

  • English

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed (for non-voice).

  • Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
