Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional to identify, evaluate, and onboard innovative startups and vendors that address gaps in NTT DATA Services Business Process Services (BPS) portfolio. This role will serve as a bridge between external innovation and internal execution, ensuring successful Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot implementations that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Market & Vendor Analysis

Research and analyze emerging startups and niche vendors that fill grey or white spaces in BPS offerings.
Assess vendor capabilities, scalability, and alignment with NTT DATAs strategic objectives.
Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for leadership on potential partnerships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Procurement, Internal IT, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of selected vendors.
Coordinate legal, risk, and data security reviews for vendor engagements.

PoC & Pilot Execution

Design and manage PoC and pilot programs to validate vendor solutions.
Define success metrics, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
Present results and actionable insights to stakeholders for production rollout decisions.

Innovation Enablement

Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to BPS.
Build frameworks for continuous vendor scouting and innovation pipeline management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of BPS domain and its operational challenges.
Proven experience in vendor evaluation, startup ecosystem analysis, or innovation scouting.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Familiarity with procurement processes, IT security standards, and compliance requirements.
Ability to design and execute PoCs with measurable KPIs.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consulting or strategic innovation roles within IT/BPS services.
Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and digital platforms.
MBA or equivalent degree in business, technology, or related field.
