Key Responsibilities:Manage passenger boarding & seating at allotted bus points.
Ensure promised facilities are available & maintain a
daily checklist
.
Call & assist passengers to reach the boarding point on time.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues & enhance passenger experience.
Handle
spot bookings
& maintain daily booking accounts.
Travel with the bus (814 hours journey) & return next day.
Assist passengers with onboard needs & amenities.
Collect
customer ratings & reviews
during/after journey.
Requirements / Skills: Experience in
hospitality or customer service
preferred.
Must be willing to
travel with the bus daily
.
Polite, professional communication
& customer-friendly approach.
Fluency in Tamil
required;
basic English
desirable.
Strong responsibility & problem-solving attitude.
