Job Title: Accounts Payable Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive process improvements and bring efficiencies through innovation.
• Regular follow-ups for invoice processing and preparation of payables ageing reports.
• Act as Point of Contact for statutory, internal, and tax audits related to AP.
• Handle employee travel reimbursements, corporate card payments, and other expense claims.
• Support ad hoc payment and compliance requirements including TDS and GST reconciliation.
• Perform vendor reconciliations periodically.
• Manage foreign remittances and documentation including Form 15CA & 15CB.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable/Receivable.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and eagerness to learn new tools.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, book closure, and MIS reporting.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Self-starter with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Energetic and curious, with a drive to improve and evolve processes.
