Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Windows OS, including file system management, boot options, and registry configurations.
Utilize Windows tools like Task Manager, Task Scheduler, Event Viewer, and MSConfig to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
Monitor and manage system services, UAC settings, and system restore processes.
Manage rights and permissions for users and services on Windows OS.
Understand and support core networking concepts, including OSI layers, DHCP, and DNS.
Set up and manage port forwarding configurations to facilitate secure communication.
Collaborate with teams to maintain system security and performance auditing.

Requirements:

Operating System Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of file systems and their features.
Proficient in using Windows tools such as ProcMon, Sysinternals, and Perfmon.
Familiarity with security auditing and system restoration techniques.
Experience in managing Windows services and configuring UAC.

Networking Skills:

Strong knowledge of OSI layers and network protocols like DHCP and DNS.
Practical experience in port forwarding setup and troubleshooting.

Job Details:

Shift:
Night shift (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)
Relocation Bonus:
14,000 included
