Dear Candidates,

Customer Support Executive

Salary 35k - 45k + Travel Allowance 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 
  • Conduct feedback calls with passengers to gather insights and ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle existing pax calls, addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions.
  • Resolve customer queries through phone or email in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with the Changes Team to manage and update customer data as required.
  • Prepare, submit, and track chargeback documents, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, data changes, and chargeback cases.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and process alignment.
  Requirements:   Bachelors degree in any discipline.  
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, travel, or a related field.
  • Candidate must have experience in PPC process 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle customer concerns calmly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
