2. Professional Experience

• Demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes.
• Experience in working with procurement, legal, finance, and project teams.

3. Knowledge of Laws & Regulations

• Understanding of relevant contract law, commercial law, and industry-specific regulations.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, FAR/DFARS for government contracts).

4. Technical Skills

• Proficiency with CLM systems (e.g., Icertis, SAP Ariba, Coupa).
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills for documentation and analysis.
