We're looking for Business Development Managers to join Stanley Automotive Business to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with auto dealers across India. The role involves extensive travel across North, South, East, and West India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies for sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with auto dealers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless product/service delivery.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in business development/sales.
- Experience with companies supplying to auto dealers (auto parts, accessories, tools, lubricants, tyres).
- Strong automotive industry understanding and market trends knowledge.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively.
