IT ID Management Specialist

• Create and manage email IDs, system login credentials, and application access for new employees.
• Monitor daily login issues and resolve user access problems in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update user account records in the internal system.
• Handle requests for ID modifications, deactivations, and reactivations as per company policy.
• Collaborate with IT security and HR to ensure compliance with access protocols.
• Perform routine audits to identify inactive or unauthorized accounts.
• Provide technical support related to login or access issues during the night shift.
• Document all ID-related activity and generate daily status reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or user access/ID management.
• Strong understanding of account provisioning, access control, and system permissions.
• Proficient in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other common enterprise platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities during night shifts.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
