Job Description

EPM Solution Architect Key Responsibilities: Extensive experience in collaborating with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements and convert them into technical specifications. Skilled in analyzing complex concepts and proposals to generate a variety of actionable recommendations. Leverage diverse information sources, including stakeholder insights, to craft effective solutions and recommendations. Proven history of designing and implementing large-scale, impactful solutions. Strong understanding of financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, workforce planning, capital expenditure planning, strategic planning, and various consolidation methods and their corresponding calculations and disclosures. Provide guidance to clients on optimal workload distribution across different systems to improve performance and efficiency. Possess a comprehensive perspective on various processes within the EPM ecosystem, including the integration of EPM with ERP and third-party systems. Committed to staying current with the latest Oracle EPM technologies and best practices through ongoing professional development. Qualifications: Over 8 years of experience in EPM consulting and implementation, specifically with EPM cloud products. Completed four end-to-end implementations in EPM On-premise & Cloud applications. In-depth functional knowledge of financial processes and related functionalities within the EPM domain. Proficient in developing custom integrations using EPM Data Integration, EPM Integration Agent, Pipeline, Groovy Business Rules, and EPM Automate. Practical experience in scripting languages such as Batch, Python, and PowerShell. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and quickly mastering new concepts with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team management skills. Familiarity with Service Requests (SRs) and My Oracle Support.
