Hiring an AI Engineer - Join an AI SaaS Startup

About the organization:

AI-powered voice and avatar technology

Location: Bangalore ( Remote for now)

About This Role

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize AI systems using LLMs, NLP, and GenAI APIs
  • Design and deploy ML-powered features within our product suite
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ship real-world AI features
  • Own model training, fine-tuning, and inference pipelines
  • Integrate voice (TTS/ASR) and avatar technologies into the platform
  • Work in an agile, startup-style environment with quick iterations
  • Ensure high-quality, scalable ML components in production
  • Drive innovation and constantly explore new AI capabilities

What Were Looking For

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in LLMs, NLP, or Machine Learning
  • Strong product-building mindset
  • B.Tech graduate
  • Experience in early-stage product startups.
  • Good coding skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks
  • Experience integrating with GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
  • Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
