Job Title

: Upwork Sales Executive / Online Bidder

Location

: Ahmedabad ( In-house)

Experience

: 1–3 years working on Upwork or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find and bid on suitable jobs/projects on Upwork daily
  • Write customized, compelling proposals
  • Communicate with potential clients and gather requirements
  • Follow up on proposals to maximize conversion
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal team for technical inputs.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation/sales via Upwork
  • Strong written communication and proposal-writing skills
  • Familiarity with IT services (web dev, mobile apps, etc.)
  • Ability to handle multiple proposals and follow-ups
  • Proficient in English


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other platforms like Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
