Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Hindi Teacher to join our esteemed Podar Education Network. This junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of experience and is located in Cuddapah, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have significant skills in Hindi and must possess TGT and B.Ed. qualifications. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic and moral foundation of our students through interactive and engaging teaching methods. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in the Hindi language to effectively teach and communicate with students and staff. Possession of a TGT qualification (Mandatory skill) for the teaching of Hindi literature and language. Holding a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree (Mandatory skill) is essential to ensure structured teaching approaches. Experience in conducting Hindi classes with innovative and interactive teaching methodologies. Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and effective instruction and classroom management. Strong organizational skills to plan, prepare, and deliver cohesive lesson plans and educational resources. Ability to assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Enthusiasm for fostering a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for all students. Roles and Responsibilities Design and implement a curriculum that aligns with the educational standards and objectives of Podar Education Network. Deliver engaging Hindi language and literature lessons that cater to diverse student learning needs and styles. Develop and utilize a variety of teaching tools and materials to enhance student understanding and retention. Assess and track student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing regular feedback. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities to improve teaching practices. Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes mutual respect and appreciation for different cultures. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and any concerns.
