Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Hindi Teacher to join our teaching faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Hindi language, a creative approach to classroom teaching, and the ability to inspire students to appreciate and excel in the subject.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Hindi language and literature to students as per the prescribed curriculum (Primary / Middle / Secondary, as applicable).
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities that promote interactive learning.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress regularly through class tests, assignments, and exams.
• Encourage students to develop a love for reading, writing, and speaking in Hindi.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and academic records as per school guidelines.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs, and Hindi-related activities (e.g., Hindi Diwas, poetry recitations, debates).
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support overall student development.
• Attend staff meetings, parent–teacher interactions, and professional development sessions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or Master’s Degree (M.A.) in Hindi with B.Ed. mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a recognized school preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong language skills and a passion for teaching may also apply.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent command of written and spoken Hindi.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to engage students through creative and activity-based teaching.
• Commitment to school values, teamwork, and student welfare.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Classroom, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
