Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Hindi language sessions for students preparing for competitive exams.
• Develop course materials, study plans, and assessment tools aligned with curriculum standards.
• Provide personalized academic support and mentoring to students.
• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and content developers.
• Participate in curriculum improvement initiatives and faculty meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Post-Graduation (PG) in Hindi.
• Qualified in

  SET

  (State Eligibility Test) is mandatory.
• Teaching experience or subject mentoring in a similar domain is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong command over the Hindi language – both written and verbal.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to design student-centric teaching strategies.
• Proficiency in digital teaching tools will be an added advantage.
