Role Overview:

As a Hindi Content Writer at Ivory Group, you will create engaging content for social media, web & app properties (including in-app notifications) while ensuring flawless language and alignment with our brand voice. You will also play a key role in training customers on content practices and delivering high-quality, market-driven communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Copywriting: Write catchy, engaging, and brand-aligned Hindi content for social media campaigns, posts, and ads.
• Web & App Content: Develop user-focused microcopy for web pages, banners, and in-app notifications to enhance user experience.
• Content Strategy Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize content for campaigns and digital properties.
• Proofreading & Quality Checks: Ensure every piece of content is error-free with perfect grammar and spelling.
• Training: Conduct external training sessions to maintain consistent tone and content quality.
• Marketing Mindset: Contribute to campaign ideation and ensure all content aligns with business and marketing goals.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Hindi content writing (experience in digital marketing/product content preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent proofreading and editing skills in Hindi.
• Ability to write concise, clear, and action-oriented content for digital products.
• Solid understanding of marketing concepts and content performance.
• Ability to multitask and work on tight deadlines.
