High School Physics Teacher

As a High School Physics Teacher, you will play a crucial role in teaching physics concepts, fostering scientific inquiry, and enhancing critical thinking skills among students. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum and educational standards. - Conducting laboratory experiments and demonstrations to reinforce theoretical concepts. - Preparing instructional materials, assessments, and homework assignments. - Using a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and levels. - Monitoring and evaluating student progress through tests, assignments, projects, and practical work. - Maintaining accurate student records and generating progress reports for parents and school administration. - Creating a positive and safe learning environment in both the classroom and laboratory. - Participating actively in school functions, staff meetings, and parent-teacher interactions. - Staying updated with advancements in the field of science and integrating them into your teaching. Qualifications required for this role include prior teaching experience at the high school level (preferred), a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, strong subject knowledge, understanding of scientific pedagogy, excellent communication skills, classroom management capabilities, and proficiency in using educational technology tools and virtual labs. Preferred skills for this position include experience with inquiry-based and experiential learning methods, as well as familiarity with national/state-level standards such as CBSE, ICSE, State Board, AP, or IB.
