1. Position Overview

The Hybrid High School Physics Teacher for Class 10 Physics will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences through both in-person and online teaching modes. The teacher will ensure conceptual clarity, academic excellence, and strong student engagement while managing digital tools and classroom responsibilities effectively.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Teaching & Learning

• Deliver Physics lessons for Class 10 in a hybrid format (physical classroom + virtual classes).
• Plan and execute well-structured lesson plans aligned with the board syllabus.
• Use digital tools, simulations, presentations, and online platforms to enhance learning outcomes.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, remedial classes, and revision classes as required.

B. Assessment & Evaluation

• Prepare, administer, and grade assignments, tests, practical assessments, and examinations.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and share feedback with students and parents.
• Support students in preparation for board exams through targeted practice and concept reinforcement.

C. Classroom & Student Management

• Monitor student attendance, participation, and discipline in both offline and online environments.
• Create an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere that encourages questioning and critical thinking.
• Identify slow/advanced learners and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

D. Technology & Digital Competency

• Use Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital classrooms, and assessment tools effectively.
• Maintain updated online resources, lesson recordings, and study materials for student access.
• Ensure smooth technical coordination during hybrid classes.

E. Communication & Collaboration

• Coordinate with the school management, academic coordinators, and other faculty members.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behaviour, and academic needs.
• Participate in school events, training programs, professional development workshops, and academic meetings.

3. Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physics / Physical Science (B.Sc. / B.Sc. Ed).
• Master’s Degree in Physics (preferred).
• B.Ed. mandatory.

Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in Physics for Class 9/10.
• Experience in hybrid/online teaching preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong subject knowledge and clarity in explaining scientific concepts.
• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools (Google Classroom, MS Teams, smart boards, etc.).
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students in both online and offline settings.

4. Work Schedule & Expectations

• Ability to handle both in-campus and scheduled online sessions.
• Flexibility to conduct extra classes during examination periods.

5. Salary

As per institutional norms and based on qualifications & experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
