As a qualified candidate for this position, you should possess at least 1 year of prior helpdesk/voice support experience in tech support related projects with a strong emphasis on effective communication skills. Proficiency in Hindi and either Bengali or Odia is mandatory for this role. A Bachelor's degree in any field such as B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, etc. is required to be considered for this position. The working hours for this role are on a general shift schedule with 6 working days per week from Monday to Saturday.
