Incubation - GenAI Solution & Engineering

You will play a key role as a GenAI Solutions & Engineering Subject Matter Expert within our GenAI Incubation Team. Your responsibilities will revolve around collaborating with clients, business stakeholders, and product teams to identify valuable use cases, design scalable Generative AI solutions, and guide them from conceptualization to Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to deployment. To excel in this role, you should possess a total of 10 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years dedicated to Generative AI solutioning. Your expertise should include the ability to create and implement GenAI applications, copilots, or agent-based systems effectively. Additionally, you should be well-versed in the LLM stack, encompassing prompting, model selection, evaluation, fine-tuning, and deployment processes. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries/frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and FastAPI are essential for this position. You should also demonstrate a strong understanding of various GenAI patterns like prompt engineering, RAG, summarization, code generation, and AI Agents among others. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, and NVIDIA is a must. A deep comprehension of vector databases, LLM orchestration, memory management, and API integration will further solidify your qualifications. Your role will involve building AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions using industry-leading frameworks and protocols like MCP and A2A. Moreover, a good grasp of Responsible AI principles, explainability, data security, and model auditability will be valuable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders are crucial attributes for success in this role. You should be comfortable operating within an agile, fast-paced, and innovative environment where ambiguity is common.,
