Role Overview: As a Helpdesk Senior Associate - L1 Technical Support at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN), your role involves providing L1 technical guidance in activities associated with identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems through Phone, Email, and Chat. You will act as a liaison between customers and departments within the Client Infrastructure, utilizing your troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various tools like MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, COTS applications, SD CRM Tools such as ServiceNow, SSCM, Active Directory, Virtual Machines, Drive Encryption Tools, VPN Tools, and Microsoft Intune. Your ability to work independently within a diverse global team will be crucial in ensuring effective support.
