As a Helpdesk Senior Associate - L1 Technical Support at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India, you will play a crucial role in providing technical guidance for the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems through Phone, Email & Chat.
