Helpdesk Manager

**Job Description:** As a Helpdesk Manager in Bangalore, you will be expected to have a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR Helpdesk. Your responsibilities will include leading teams managing Tier 1 HR helpdesk for UK, Europe, or US Employees, and utilizing Workflow/case management tools like ServiceNow and Remedy. You should be prepared to work in 24*7 shift timings, primarily during India night shifts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand various HR Systems/applications - Have a basic understanding of MIS - Familiar with Quality Methodology and tools - Understand Service level agreements and contractual compliance requirements - Possess good Excel and Presentation skills - Excellent client and stakeholder management skills - Lead teams providing Tier HR helpdesk support - Manage team operations, engagement, and succession planning - Ensure appropriate staffing, financial, and contract management - Enforce policies and procedures to maintain zero noncompliance - Meet service levels consistently - Ensure data privacy requirements are met - Drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement - Gather insights for seasonal spikes in volumes and arrange staffing accordingly **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate in any discipline - Basic computer knowledge (MS-Office Applications) - Proven ability to adapt to new tools logically **Skills Required:** - HELPDESK - HRO - SERVICE NOW - WORKDAY Please note that the Job Code is GO/JC/922/2025 and the role is a full-time, permanent position in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry.
