Help Desk Executive provides first-level IT support, acting as the primary contact for users needing help with hardware, software, or system issues via phone, email, or chat, focusing on troubleshooting, resolving problems, escalating complex cases, documenting interactions, and ensuring a positive user experience through excellent communication and timely resolution. Key Responsibilities: User Support: Respond to technical queries and provide step-by-step guidance for software and hardware issues. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic technical problems, covering operating systems, common software, and hardware. Ticket Management: Log, track, route, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT teams. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, resolutions, and contribute to support knowledge bases. Customer Service: Handle complaints professionally, follow up with users, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Reporting: Create activity reports and identify recurring issues for management review.
