Job Description

As a knowledgeable and proactive Help Desk Support professional, your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, managing support tickets, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-line support for software, hardware, and network issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently. - Raise, track, and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution. - Maintain accurate records of all support requests and their resolutions. - Uphold a high standard of customer service. Qualifications: - Fresher to 6 months of experience. - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Possess strong communication and customer service skills. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. In addition to the job requirements, the company operates on a 5-day work week schedule and offers a full-time position. Preference is given to candidates with at least 1 year of help desk experience, a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in English, and are based in Vadodara, Gujarat for an in-person work location.,
