Job Description:

we are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented L1 IT Support technician to provide first-line technical assistance. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues, supporting users via phone, email, chat and escalating more complex problems to the appropriate team.

We welcome applications from fresh graduates with very strong English communication skills with technical background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues in windows desktop and provide step-by-step guidance.
  • Perform password resets, user account creations, and basic access management.
  • MFA Setup in Office 365
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/Level 3 support teams following defined escalation procedures.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and follow up to ensure issues are resolved to the user's satisfaction.

Work Hours:

  • 6 PM IST to 3 AM IST

Work Location:

  • Remote (Work from Home)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
