We are seeking personnel to work from our Kochi, Kerala office.

The working hours will follow U.S. Central Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday), with shifts as required.


Help Desk Specialist (Client Support)


Qualification

·       Any Degree associated with computer science.


Job Responsibilities

·       We are looking to hire a talented Help Desk Specialist who can manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.

·       The responsibilities include responding to customer issues via phone, email, and computer chat, providing customer assistance, documenting customer interactions, and running diagnostics to resolve customer-reported issues.

·       The Help Desk Specialist will also have to quickly escalate issues he cannot resolve to the next Tier and follow up with customers to ensure problems are resolved.

·       Office 365 Administration

·       RMM Jobs

·       Active Directory

·       Server administration

·       Printer configurations

·       Mac Device Administration (Addigy)

·       Network design and administration.

·       VoIP Management

·       Back-Up Management
