• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans and track project progress
• Collaborate with clients to deliver project solutions and maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with leadership on strategic decision-making, particularly around technology and digital health solutions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, facilitating seamless integration of tech and operational strategies
• Contribute to business development, exploring new opportunities and assisting with company growth

Technical & Business Development Knowledge:

• Background in healthcare organizations, hospitals, or digital health consulting
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and processes, including digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with digital health technologies such as telemedicine, healthcare IT systems, and data-driven health solutions
• Expertise in healthcare strategy, technology adoption, and integration
• Financial modeling skills and an understanding of business development within healthcare or technology sectors
• Experience in hospital implementation, commissioning, and technology-enabled process optimization

Qualifications

Should be from top tier management institutes in India or abroad (IIM’s preferred)
