Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and support staffing needs for our direct healthcare client(s) across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruiting clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals, with strong knowledge of credentialing, compliance, and current hiring trends in the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities: Partner directly with client hiring managers and HR to understand open positions and staffing requirements. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various healthcare roles, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Medical Assistants, Therapists, and Administrative staff. Utilize job boards, ATS, social media, and referrals to attract qualified candidates. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Ensure all credentialing and compliance documentation is collected and verified in accordance with healthcare standards (e.g., Joint Commission, HIPAA). Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-demand roles and proactively identify future hiring needs. Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure a smooth hiring process and excellent candidate experience. Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress, pipeline status, and fill rates. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred). 7-12 years of healthcare recruiting experience, preferably with direct clients in hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities. Familiarity with U.S. healthcare regulations, credentialing processes, and job classifications. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment CRMs, and online sourcing tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with candidates and clients. Ability to manage multiple requisitions with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Skills: Experience with VMS platforms (e.g., ShiftWise and Aya)
