Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Healthcare Recruiter. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients and candidates, maintaining a candidate database, conducting interviews, and ensuring an efficient hiring process. The role involves collaboration with the internal team to align with organizational goals and deliver exceptional service to both healthcare professionals and clients. Qualifications Experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting with a focus on sourcing and evaluating candidates for healthcare roles. Proficiency in Hiring processes and practices tailored to the healthcare industry. Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication, including relationship building and problem-solving. Ability to manage recruitment databases and maintain detailed records professionally. Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations in healthcare staffing is an advantage. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
