Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at Candidate Express. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in recruiting doctors, nurses, or other healthcare professionals and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, etc.) for various positions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
• Build and maintain a strong database and network of healthcare candidates.
• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within the given timelines.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates through the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Keep track of recruitment metrics and report progress to management.

Key Skills Required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare recruitment (mandatory).
• Strong sourcing skills via job portals, social media, and networking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Knowledge of healthcare roles and industry terminology preferred.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
