Job Description

Quality & Accreditation

  • Implement and maintain NABH/NABL standards across clinical and non-clinical departments.
  • Prepare, review, and update SOPs, policies, manuals, and quality documentation.
  • Support departments during internal and external audits, accreditation visits, and compliance checks.

Audits & Compliance

  • Conduct regular internal audits, facility rounds, and gap assessments.
  • Identify non-conformities and drive Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance (BMW, Fire Safety, Radiation Safety, etc.).

Quality Indicators & Data Management

  • Collect, validate, and analyse Quality Indicators (QIs) and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, monthly reports, and data presentations.
  • Support the digitization of quality processes and monitoring systems.

Patient Safety & Incident Management

  • Monitor incident reporting, perform preliminary investigations, and support RCA.
  • Coordinate patient safety initiatives, clinical audits, and improvement projects.
  • Track and follow up on action plans with stakeholders.

Training & Capacity Building

  • Conduct and/or coordinate staff training, awareness sessions, and mock drills.
  • Assist in competency assessments related to quality and patient safety standards.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the hospital.

Team Support (For Assistant Manager Level )

  • Lead, mentor, and guide Quality Executives/Coordinators.
  • Take charge of accreditation planning, project management, and interdepartmental coordination.
  • Prepare management reports and represent the department in committee meetings.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of NABH 5th Edition and hospital quality systems.
  • Excellent documentation, auditing, and analytical skills.
  • Good communication, coordination, and presen

    tation capabilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Leadership and problem-solving skills (required for Assistant Manager level).

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 2 yrs of exp in the quality department in a Hospital only
  • Graduate/PG in Hospital management/Administration or any equivalent field of study
