As a Healthcare Partnerships Executive for our client in the Hospitals and Health Care industry, your role is crucial in strengthening partnerships with hospitals, patients, and our organization. You will play a vital part in enhancing patient care delivery and operational efficiency within healthcare institutions by developing strong relationships, promoting healthcare services, and ensuring exceptional service coordination. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Relationship Building:** Develop and nurture strong working relationships with hospitals, emergency departments, and medical staff to ensure smooth coordination of services. - **Patient Engagement:** Interact with patients and families to educate them about available healthcare and emergency support services, ensuring timely assistance. - **Sales & Promotion:** Identify opportunities to promote the organization's medical and ambulance services within partner hospitals and achieve assigned sales targets. - **Operational Coordination:** Collaborate with hospital administrators, nursing teams, and ambulance units to streamline communication and service execution. - **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of interactions, service requests, and client feedback in the CRM system to support ongoing quality improvement. - **Reporting & Insights:** Prepare regular performance and activity reports, providing insights for process optimization and client engagement strategies. - **Market Awareness:** Stay updated on healthcare trends, hospital needs, and competitive offerings to strengthen relationship strategies. **Qualifications & Requirements:** - **Education:** Graduate degree in any discipline (preferred: healthcare, management, or life sciences). - **Experience:** 1-4 years of experience in hospital liaisoning, business development, or healthcare relationship management. **Skills & Attributes:** - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset. - Proven ability to manage hospital relationships and navigate healthcare environments. - Persuasive and target-driven, with solid negotiation and presentation abilities. - Highly organized with excellent documentation and reporting capabilities. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, on-ground operational roles.
