Key Responsibilities :

• To manage all operational matters between QubeHealth and these partners on a daily basis.
• Create, deploy, and embed standardised processes that are predictable, reliable, and repeatable across the book of business.
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
• Work with speed and agility, focused on the key drivers of the business to ensure long-term sustainable growth.
• Bring insightful analysis to issues. Use logic in decision-making to determine the best solutions for the business.
• Create a continuous quality improvement culture that will enable the operation to be more efficient.

Requirements:

• Based in Mumbai.
• Fluent in English.
• Understands Business & Professional Communication (Spoken & Written)
• Is punctual, diligent & dependable.
• Thinks long-term, but plans for the short term.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to influence and drive desired behaviours.
