Practice Lead - Healthcare Interoperability

Requirements

Locations-Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad

What you’ll do:

• Lead solution design for interoperability projects (EHRs, devices, cloud, digital health).
• Partner with clients & sales teams on proposals, RFPs, and new offerings.
• Build solutions using

  HL7, FHIR, DICOM, IHE, Mirth, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody

  .
• Drive growth, revenue, and thought leadership (webinars, whitepapers, GTM).
• Collaborate with MedTech, Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences clients.

What we’re looking for:

• 15+ years in healthcare IT, with 5–7 years in interoperability.
• Strong knowledge of

  EHR/EMR/HIE systems, medical devices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google)

  .
• Proven leadership in client-facing roles, solutioning, and sales enablement.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building practices/solutions.
