Healthcare Edutech Placement Coordinator

As a Healthcare Edutech Placement Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support the placement of healthcare students into suitable positions within the industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate in a dynamic setting, engaging with educational institutions, students, and healthcare organizations to facilitate successful career placements. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating the placement process for healthcare students, connecting students with internships or full-time roles in the healthcare industry, and acting as a liaison between students, educational institutions, and healthcare organizations to ensure the best job opportunities for the students. You will also be tasked with developing and nurturing relationships with healthcare employers and partner organizations to create placement opportunities, communicating job requirements and placement needs effectively, and ensuring alignment between student qualifications and employer expectations. In addition to placement coordination, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to students throughout the placement process. This will involve assisting students with resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling, as well as tracking and monitoring placement progress to ensure successful outcomes for both students and employers. Your duties will also include maintaining and updating placement records and student databases, generating reports on placement progress and success rates, and ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting. Furthermore, you will be involved in administrative tasks related to student placement activities, coordinating placement schedules, and managing associated documentation to streamline the placement process efficiently. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in the life science field (mandatory). While previous experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or healthcare education is a plus, it is not mandatory as this is an entry-level position.
