Job Description

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territories or accounts. Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, prospect new customers, and build relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities. Promote and sell medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and purchasing managers. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training sessions for healthcare professionals to showcase product features, benefits, and clinical applications. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support, assistance, and product education to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identify customer needs, preferences, and concerns, and tailor sales solutions to meet their requirements while maximizing sales opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace. Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and product insights to inform sales strategies, product development initiatives, and marketing campaigns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline data using CRM software. Prepare sales forecasts, sales reports, and sales performance metrics to track progress, analyze trends, and evaluate sales effectiveness.
