As a Health Operations Associate Manager at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in embedding digital transformation in healthcare operations from end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include driving superior outcomes and value realization in the present while ensuring streamlined operations to cater to the evolving healthcare market of the future. Joining the Healthcare Management team, you will oversee the administration of hospitals, outpatient clinics, hospices, and various other healthcare facilities. This encompasses managing day-to-day operations, department activities, medical and health services, budgeting and rating, research and education, policies and procedures, quality assurance, patient services, and public relations. Your role will involve coordinating essential documentation and resources necessary for the filing of global applications. You will be tasked with comprehending, handling, and processing electronic submissions such as original application filings, Life Cycle Management submissions like CMC, Ad-promos, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions, etc. To excel in this position, you must be adept at analyzing and solving moderately complex problems. You will be expected to devise innovative solutions, utilizing existing methods and procedures as well as adapting them as necessary. It is imperative that you grasp the strategic direction outlined by senior management in alignment with team objectives. Your primary interactions will involve reporting to your direct supervisor or team leads, engaging with peers, and possibly liaising with management levels at clients as well as within Accenture. You should exhibit autonomy in determining methods and procedures for new assignments with minimal guidance. Your decisions will have implications on your team and occasionally on other teams. If in an individual contributor role, you might oversee medium-small sized teams or work efforts at a client or within Accenture. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a graduation degree and possess 10 to 14 years of relevant experience in Provider Network - Life Sciences Regulatory Operations.
