Health Operations Associate Manager

Role Overview: You will be a Health Operations Associate Manager at Accenture, embedding digital transformation in healthcare operations end-to-end. Your role involves driving superior outcomes and value realization today, while enabling streamlined operations to serve the emerging health care market of tomorrow. As part of the Healthcare Management team, you will be responsible for the administration of hospitals, outpatient clinics, hospices, and other healthcare facilities. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, department activities, medical and health services, budgeting and rating, research and education, policies and procedures, quality assurance, patient services, and public relations. Additionally, you will coordinate essential documentation and resources required for the filing of global applications, manage and process electronic submissions, and handle original application filings, Life Cycle Management submissions, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and solve moderately complex problems - Create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures - Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and align with team goals - Interact with direct supervisor, team leads, peers, and management levels at a client and/or within Accenture - Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance - Make decisions that impact the team and occasionally other teams - Manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture - May require working in rotational shifts Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation Note: This role requires 10 to 14 years of experience in Provider Network - Life Sciences Regulatory Operations.
