Health Insurance Advisor Location : Thrissur, Kozhikode, Kottayam, Trivandrum, Ernakulam Salary : ₹3.00 LPA – ₹4.25 LPA + Incentives Qualification :Graduate (any discipline) Experience : Experience in Insurance or Financial Services (BFSI) can be considered Sales Channel: Agency Sales – Health Insurance Requirements : 1 to 3 years in Insurance Sales Experience in Agency Channel is preferred Experience in Insurance or Financial Services (BFSI) can be considered Strong communication and interpersonal skills Field sales experience preferred Ability to build and lead a network of agents Goal-oriented and self-motivated Responsibilities: Recruit health insurance agents from the open market Train and develop agents to sell health insurance policies Achieve monthly sales and agent activation targets Conduct field visits and support agent performance Maintain regular reporting and coordination with manager Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹425,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Insurance sales: 1 year (Required) BFSI: 1 year (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: In person
