Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join our care team. This role involves delivering hands-on support to patients in both hospital and home care environments, ensuring safety, dignity, and comfort at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily hygiene, grooming, and comfort needs
• Provide mobility support including safe transfer techniques
• Support feeding assistance, including Ryle’s tube management (under supervision)
• Assist with catheter care, tracheostomy care, and other basic nursing tasks
• Monitor and record vital signs as directed
• Maintain patient safety and a hygienic environment
• Communicate effectively with nurses, doctors, and family members

Qualifications:

• ANM, GNM, or Nursing Degree (or equivalent certification)
• Previous patient care or nursing assistant experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of infection control and caregiving protocols
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and culturally sensitive approach
