Role Overview: As a Headmistress at Kothari International School, Noida, you will be responsible for leading the Middle School with a focus on academic excellence and holistic development. Qualifications Required: - A strong academic background in Science (Bachelors or Masters degree in Science is mandatory). - A masters degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is highly preferred. - Demonstrated expertise in Curriculum Development, Pedagogy, and Assessment strategies. - Proven track record in Educational Leadership, preferably as a Headmistress/Head of Department/Coordinator in a reputed school. - Exceptional leadership, organizational, and team management skills. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with students, parents, and faculty. - Strong commitment to creating an inclusive, safe, and progressive school environment. - Ability to integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into everyday learning.
